IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Science, engineering or business undergraduate degree from a top 10 university or some other demonstration of a uniquely impressive academic record. Ideal candidates have demonstrated consistent success competing against the best and brightest students in the world.

Tech/Science Background: Strong interest in and understanding of technology and the IT industry or Biotech and Pharma space. We like to see candidates have familiarity with areas such as hardware systems, semiconductors, operating systems, applications for enterprises, systems integration and solutions, or drug development processes, lab research experience, therapeutic category knowledge, understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

Analytics: Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to rapidly gather data, structure hypotheses, and present well-supported solutions.

Recognized Excellence: Tell us a story of someone in a work-type setting recognizing you for making a great contribution or delivering superior results.

Relationship Development: Outstanding relationship-building skills. Convince us that you have the ability to interface with everyone from the janitor to the CEO at our target clients (and if you think that the janitor's perspective couldn't impact our analysis, this probably isn't the right firm for you).

The Pittsburgh Airport Test: Something that gives us confidence that we wouldn't hate being stuck with you in the Pittsburgh airport for more than six hours.
