Analysts at Keystone are given ownership and responsibility to drive an integral part of the final client deliverable. Analysts develop client management, problem solving and communication skills while conducting qualitative and quantitative research, managing interviews, and contributing to final recommendations.

Analysts typically work on one project at a time. This puts our analysts in a position of ownership and gives them the responsibility to drive an integral part of the final client deliverable. As analysts move from one project to the next, they learn about multiple technology and science driven industries.

Analysts are an integral part of Keystone’s growth. In addition to client work, Analysts actively participate in firm building activities such as recruiting and training and they often drive planning of events such as community volunteer events, “Friday beer:30s”, and spontaneous group dinners.

While at Keystone we provide our Analysts with training to develop a solid analytical foundation and a broad range of interpersonal skills needed to succeed throughout their careers.
