Dr. Sarel has provided marketing expert testimony in many legal cases involving marketing practices, trademark infringement, deceptive advertising, and other marketing issues. He received his Doctorate in Business from Harvard University specializing in Marketing. Dr. Sarel has published extensively in leading scholarly publications including the Trademark Reporter, Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal, the American Business Law Journal, the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, California Management Review, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Advertising and others.
