Bartley is a Principal for Keystone Strategy located in their Boston office. He leads economic consulting projects primarily focused on technology, consumer goods, and telecommunications. His work includes project management and research, analysis for Keystone’s economic experts, and economist training for the firm’s Economics Team. Bartley achieved both his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he researched microeconomic theory with an emphasis on environments of incomplete information and taught an array of econ. He also holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Williams College. Bartley was a graduate student instructor at the University of Michigan where he taught an array of economic courses.
Beyond economics, Bartley enjoys video games, improv, and graphic novels. His favorite aspects of Keystone are the people and the opportunity to answer the questions that drive him.
