Stephanie Odiase


Stephanie is an associate in the New York office who joined Keystone in 2019. Previously Stephanie worked at a youth civics educational technology start-up, overseeing policy research and measurement and evaluation efforts. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her master's degree in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford. While at Oxford, Stephanie founded the Kofo Collective, Oxford's first society for black female students, and earned top of class for her research on school programs that improve academic performance and sociodemographic inequities through academic resilience.

Outside of Keystone, Stephanie enjoys cooking for her friends, modern dance and theater performances, documentaries on psychology, and traveling, with potential trips to Ghana and Australia in the near future.
