With over a decade of experience in Management Consulting and Product Management, Tom focuses on offering strategic advice and game-changing insights in Cloud Computing, Operations, Supply Chain Management and Organizational Design. He leads engagements with Keystone’s Fortune 500 clients in the high tech, online services, and energy sectors, including industry leaders such as Microsoft, GE and Time Warner Cable.
Tom is motivated by projects that involve making difficult trade-offs in highly uncertain strategic environments, where there are no immediately obvious answers or solutions. Whether the work involves crafting an ecosystem or customer needs analysis, a marketing or product development strategy, Tom believes complex situations are where new ideas and paths forward can be found for far-seeing businesses.
Within Keystone, Tom appreciates the intellectual rigor and genuine curiosity of his coworkers. He enjoys working within dynamic teams that are more than the sum of their parts, collaborating to solve problems that defy conventional analyses and approaches. For Tom, the Keystone environment is well-suited to his enthusiastic, creative and open personality.
Before joining Keystone, Tom was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group’s Boston office, where he focused on Strategy, R&D, and Operations. Prior to BCG, Tom worked as a product manager at a subsidiary of Corning Incorporated, leading the development of optical switching technologies.
Tom holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Cornell University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Physics from Wesleyan University.
