Xiaoli joined Keystone in 2019 as an associate in the New York office. She received her B.A. in Computer Science and Political Science from Middlebury College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Xiaoli is passionate about the interface between politics and technology. She was a free-lance journalist covering the 2016 Presidential Election in New Hampshire, California and Vermont. On the technical side, she built a website that uses machine learning to detect fake news. She also created NewsElect, an IOS app that educates people about the presidential candidates for the upcoming election and alerts them of the potential bias in different articles.
